I, (Releasor), for myself and/or my minor child, hereby grant permission to the La Center Christmas Festival committee and the City of La Center, its employees, officials, members, stakeholders, directors, or representatives (collectively, Releasee), to take and use photographs and/or videos of me and/or my minor child. I also grant Releasee an unlimited right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, create derivative works from, and distribute the images now existing or hereafter. I agree that images may be used for any lawful purpose, including, without limitation in connection with marketing, advertising, publicity, or other promotional purposes. I agree that Releasee will have final editorial authority over the use of images, and I waive any right to inspect or approve future use of the images. I acknowledge that I will receive no compensation, including any royalty fee, for any use of the images, now or in the future I hereby acknowledge that images will be publicly available including, without limitation, on the La Center Christmas Festival website, La Center Christmas Festival social media, City of La Center website, City of La Center social media. As such, the images may be downloaded by any computer user without the knowledge of Releasee. I hereby voluntarily agree to release, discharge, hold harmless, and indemnify Releasee from and against any and all claims arising out of the use of the images for the purposes described herein, including without limitation, any claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or tortious act. I also agree not to assert any claims for injunctive relief and/or monetary damages against anyone relating to the permission granted herein.
