Vendors must provide their own booth, table, chairs, etc. Spaces are assigned by the vendor chair. All vendors are responsible for their own area cleanup.
Vendors will pull up to their space, unload & immediaetly move your vehicle to the designated parking area. (This Parking Area will be marked on the Vendor Map that you will receive in late November)
Please note that insurance is required for all food vendors. Food vendors must provide certificate upon request. Food vendors must also have a current Clark County Health Permit posted. Non-food vendors are not covered under the La Center Christmas Festival insurance and should provide their own coverage if necessary.
Rules and Regulations:

Be prepared for it to be cold & rainy. You will be vending into the nighttime, so it will get dark. Please plan to have lighting for your booth.
There will be helpers to help you unload and such.
If you can’t make the event, please notify us ASAP so we can try to fill the space. (No refunds)
Set up opens at 10 am. Be set up by 12 pm for sales to begin.
Please be respectful and patient with others. Especially during unloading and loading times.
NO LOUD MUSIC. You can have music playing within your booth but please don’t blast it. There are musical performances happening throughout the day, we don’t want to take the show away from them.
No THC or CBD products.
No breaking down early. 5:45 pm is vendor sales closing. Breaking down early will get you kicked out of all future events. Please don't make me do this.
Food Vendors must always have all permits and business information ready, as a health inspector could come by at any time.
